Voting Information

Be sure to register at least 28 days before the election if you have never registered before or if you have changed addresses since the last time you registered. Tentative election dates: first Tuesday after first Monday in June, August, October, November & February, and the first Tuesday in April. Check the County Clerk's site above or the League's calendar for primary and general election dates.

The County Clerk's web site contains lots of useful information for voters, including:

A list of local places that will give you a postcard voter registration application. You may also print out the online copy of the voter registration application and mail it in. If the internet is slow and the document does not load, request a copy by phone at 875-VOTE. You may also look on the County Clerk web site under Voter Registration for the list of locations where you can pick up a paper copy of the voter registration application.
A polling place finder: Once you are registered, you can type in your name, and find out where you will go to vote -- with a map! You'll also see all your local districts.
